SMART Health Check-In Wallet Sandbox
When a check-in page asks, this wallet shows who is asking and what it could share, item by item. Only what you approve goes out, sealed so only that page can open it.
Try it
Answer the clinic demo with this wallet
The spec site's clinic demo is the verifier. It opens this wallet in a tab; you choose what to share; the sealed answer is verified back in the demo page. Any current browser works.
- The demo's button reads Check in with Flexpa Health Wallet. Click it.
- This wallet opens in a tab. Signed out, it asks you to Simulate IAL2 sign in first; signed in, it goes straight to the request. Toggle items and records, answer the PHQ-2, then Share.
- The demo reports You're checked in with one status per item, and the verified artifacts under Developer detail.
The link, and an alternative
The wallet registry rides inside the link as a data: URL, so the demo page never fetches anything from this server:
Or let the demo fetch this server's /wallets.json. Chrome asks to allow local network access; Safari blocks the fetch for a wallet on plain http://localhost (serve over HTTPS, see the README).
Import
Add other test records
Paste or upload FHIR R4 JSON (a Bundle or one resource), a .smart-health-card file, or a bare SMART Health Card JWS. Records stay in this browser.
Fetch from a FHIR endpoint
Any URL that returns a Bundle or resource, for example a Flexpa FHIR API search with a patient access token. The server must allow cross-origin requests from this page.

About
This wallet implements the Wallet/Responder role of SMART Health Check-in 1.0: it validates the mdoc request, shows the requesting origin,
matches selection.fhir items against its records by declared profile, renders form.fhir questionnaires,
then signs and HPKE-seals a response bound to the requesting page. Keys are fresh per response. Demo data only.
